Bringing families together

At Nasc we see people from all walks of life, of every ethnicity and religion. The one thing that they all have in common is the desire to be able to live with their family in peace and safety. Unfortunately, due to the lack of information available on how to make a successful visa application, added to the fact that the immigration system is characterised by ad hoc decisions based on ministerial discretion, many feel it is impossible to navigate the Irish immigration system without expert assistance. This is backed up by research; the Migration Integration Policy Index (MIPEX) published indicators in 2010 showed that Ireland had the least favourable family reunification rules of 31 countries in Europe and North America.

New results of MIPEX

We are pleased to announce that the new results of MIPEX (2014-2020) will be published by the end of 2020. MIPEX 2020 will include 52 European and non-European countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, EU28, India, Japan, Mexico, US and much more. Stay tuned!
