Thanks to the US Immigrant Integration and Citizenship Grants Program, the basic US citizenship test has been ranked as more professional than tests in most countries in the MIPEX study. Unless the Program is restored in future Federal budgets, the US citizenship test may set less favorable conditions for legal immigrants to learn and pass at the same successful rates as before.
