Conditions for foreigners' integration into society are below average in comparison with the other 26 EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, Canada and the United States, according to the Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX) released Monday.
The index was created by the British Council in cooperation with the Migration Policy Group..
The study assesses governments according to whether they set equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities for all inhabitants.
The situation in the Czech Republic with about 450,000 foreigners, that ended 19th, is assessed as rather unfavourable.
