The Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX) releases new data which compares Australia to the rest of the world.

MIPEX is a unique long-term project which uses over 100 policy indicators to evaluate and compare what governments are doing to promote immigrant settlement in all EU Member States and several non-EU countries. It covers seven policy areas: labour market integration, family reunion, long-term residence, political participation, access to nationality, and anti-discriminationm as well as migrant education policy.
Join us online at 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM AEST (Sydney, Australia time) with Jan Niessen, Director, Migration Policy Group; Thomas Huddleston, Author and MIPEX Central Research Coordinator, MPG; and Sky de Jersey Executive Officer of the Settlement Council of Australia for the first look at this year's findings on Australia. Following short presentations, a discussion with participants will explore the ways in which Australia can learn from other countries to improve their migrant settlement efforts.
