Latvia receives a decidedly lukewarm rating in the latest Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX), released Friday which measures policies to integrate migrants in all EU Member States, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and the USA.
