Ireland has one of the most inclusive voting rights in Europe which is why it received a high score in the Migration Policy Index in that area...Ireland’s ability to target the needs of  migrant students received 37/100 (www.mipex.eu/Ireland). The report deduced that “migrants with specific needs enjoy less favourable targeted measures than in most new immigration countries”...Ireland received a very low score on the subject of long-term residence in the Migration Policy Index (See www.mipex.eu).
