Immigrant integration in the European and Czech context

Although immigrant integration is rather a new process in the Czech context, the data on foreigners in the CR imply a rising trend. According to the Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX) (2011), a study focusing on the comparison of European integration policies, CR is described as a new country for immigration and resulted as “halfway favourable” in terms of integration policies.
