EVENT: Political Participation of Migrants in the OSCE region

Main author and Central Research Coordinator of the MIPEX, Thomas Huddleston, will present the latest MIPEX results, focusing on comparisons between political participation policies across Europe, Canada and the US, at a side-event exploring the political participation of migrants in the OSCE region. This Side Event will help explore links between migration and democratic governance and participation. Participants will discuss challenges to the integration of migrants in the OSCE region, and identify barriers to their political participation.
Date: 03/10/2011 Warsaw, Poland
