Anti-discrimination regulations, in addition, are important to ensure equal opportunities. In the EU-25, Switzerland and Norway, policies are only half way towards best practice, according to the Migration Integration Policy Index (MIPEX), and in some Central and European Countries, MIPEX shows that antidiscrimination policies are still far from best practice.
