MIPEX looks at the following indicators to assess successful immigration and integration policies: 1. Labour market access 2. Family reunion 3. Long-term residence 4. Political participation 5. Education 6. Access to nationality 7. Anti-discrimination. To varying degrees the IRP Bill 2010 could have looked at the first five of these issues and committed to strengthening the legislative provisions for them.
