Recommendation 54: Non-citizens and persons of migrant background should be awarded greater consideration in the national actions plans for employment. The evaluation of the second implementation report on the Austrian reform program for growth and employment states that “disadvantages connected with the labour market integration of migrant workers are not discussed in the section on ‘good jobs’.
