Arrived.se: Thinking outside the box on integration

Of course many immigrants need help and support when they have just arrived, but I also think that we gradually have to look more on the potential and all the possibilities that exist. Sweden has good prospect to make the integration policy even more successful. According to a survey made by MIPEX, (http://www.mipex.eu/) Sweden is ranked in first place, when it comes to countries with the best position to succeed in the establishment and the integration of new arrivals. But I think we still have to focus more on what people can do, instead of just seeing what they cannot do. I’m not trying to ignore the problems here. I just believe that one of the most important challenges we face is how we reconstruct our thoughts about immigration and integration.
